I can’t recommend Harrow Service Centre enough. I brought my SmartForTwo car in with a tricky intermittent fault that other places might have missed. They were brilliant—they spent the time to properly diagnose the issue and fixed it before moving on to the MOT. Excellent communication throughout and truly professional service. It's rare to find a garage this thorough.

I had my MOT done at HSC this week and want to say that I am extremely satisfied with the service received. Prior to going to HSC, I took my car to a mechanic in Ladbroke Grove for servicing and to say that I was unhappy with what they did to my car and the way they engaged with me, is an understatement. HSC has restored my faith in mechanics. They offered an efficient and professional service, keeping me updated by phone of when I could collect my car. Service and MOT done today from HSC. Kush was very professional and polite, explained clearly what needed to be done, and only proceeded after getting my agreement. There was no pressure to carry out unnecessary work, which I really appreciated.The service is a bit on the expensive side, but overall I’m satisfied with the experience. I haven’t driven the car much yet, but I was reassured that I can contact them if I face any issues. Good, transparent service.
