    Updated for 2023. Same result, this time... including a very friendly pick up and drop off of my car. Cannot fault the service. Was expecting to perhaps need to change at least a couple of my tyres which they could easily have taken the money for as I'd said I was concerned about that, but they were honest enough to say it was not yet necessary and I have several more months left at least on them.Full service and MOT on 2017 plate RR Evoque. All communication from booking the service onwards was excellent. They confirmed the price I had been quoted when I dropped the car off. They said they would call if anything was an issue or if something extra needed doing and would not do anything else without my approval. They did need to address an additional couple of issues which Claudia called me about first. Very clear comms about price. Claudia also called an hour before vehicle was ready for pick-up. All works carried out clearly printed out on bill so no ambiguity on what had and had not been done. Final finishing touch was a nice clean car inside and out with air freshener. Reasonably priced compared to main dealer. Online service history updated and printout also provided. Very pleased with HSC and would recommend to anyone, especially if looking for a main dealer alternative. Great service from the whole team. 👍🏻read more
