    I was due my first service on my car which was 1 year into its 3 year warranty. Mercedes had quoted me a ridiculous figure which I couldn’t justify for a 12 month old car. I found Harrow Service Centre and they walked me through what would be included in the service and also guaranteed original Mercedes parts would be used all at a reasonable price. I was extremely impressed with the service I received both leading up to and after collecting the car. I will be looking to book future services with them...oh and the valet was impressive too!

    We had been using the same service centre for several years but they recently closed. The initial attraction of the Harrow Service Centre was primarily that it was Bosch approved which gave us confidence that we could expect the same quality of expertise as our old garage. Added to that, there are plenty of nearby options for public transport links.We have an ageing diesel BMW 3 series. We would have updated it some time ago but, of course, diesels have very limited trade in value these days. It is basically sound, but has lots of little niggles as time goes on.It went in this time to have a problem with a tyre and the run flat indicator sorted (and also a rear bulb replaced). The service received was highly professional and the problems were diagnosed and fixed promptly at exactly the sort of cost we would expect to pay. They also warned us of an approaching longer term problem and gave advice as to the time frame within which this would need to be fixed. This is exactly what we look for in a garage and gives us confidence they are giving the car a thorough overall inspection outside any immediate problems.We were extremely impressed with HSC and they will certainly be getting our custom again when the annual service and MOT comes up later this year.One point to raise. There is plenty of parking but it is tight. Ask them to park your car for collection either pointing out from the bays or toward the road if it is parked along the side.
