I had a diagnostic done by AA - my nox sensor was faulty and giving me an error on my Jaguar XE R-Sport. I spoke to Pravin & he advised that he would run a diagnostic on the car for a few hours get to the bottom of the problem and take it from there. Once the diagnostic was done he rang me up saying that the nox sensor was faulty as well as the piston cooling jet sensor. He then ordered the parts from Jaguar that same week and got my car repaired with software updates also by Saturday last week. My car feels like new again with its new software upgrade & with all the faulty parts gone. I would highly recommend Harrow Service Centre to all my friends and family as they have sorted my Jaguar even when JLR told me it would be around 4 weeks wait to get an appointment.
