You will be confident using a variety of modern diagnostic equipment, with strong technical knowledge and a methodical approach to identifying and resolving faults. You will be technically minded, take pride in the quality of your work, and have your own hand tools.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as you will be expected to communicate professionally with customers and colleagues. You will be a strong team player while also being comfortable working independently and using your own initiative in a busy, proactive workshop environment.
