MINI Servicing intervals

Ideally, your MINI should be serviced at 3,000, 6,000 9,000 then 12,000 mile intervals.

At 3,000 miles or after 3 months (whichever comes first) the following should be checked:

• Engine oil
• Engine air filter
• Transmission fluid
• Power steering fluid
• Windshield washer fluid
• Battery and cables
• Tyre inflation and condition
• Belts
• Hoses
• Lights
• Exhaust

At either 6,000-mile or 6-month interval, the MINI maintenance schedule should include all of the 3,000-mile services and in addition:

• Chassis lubrication
• Wiper blades
• Tyre rotation (if necessary)

The 9,000 mile interval will be the same as the 3,000 mile interval. At 12,000 miles, the servicing carried out at 3,000 and 6,000 miles will need to occur alongside the additional services below:

• Brakes
• Coolant
• Steering and suspension
• Wheel alignment
